400m Dash Training

Hello from 400 Flat Out-The 400 Meter Dash Site. I know alot of people are looking for 400m training and 400m workout ideas. Here is a series of 8 commercials that Jeremy Wariner shot for AT&T before last years Olympics so it's kind of dated. It covers some of his training basics and his philosphies. Alot of it is about strength training and you get a few little nuggets about track workouts and training so take it for what it's worth.
